Hi, we are Karen Philip and Carolyn Snider, and have been best friends since first grade. Once we retired from careers in law and business to raise our children, we found ourselves collaborating on parties and events. When friends started asking us for help, we took our hobby to another level and started P.S. Designs, an event design company. At P.S. Designs, we created memorable moments for families celebrating milestones and mitzvahs. Through P.S. Designs, we witnessed interactions among generations within families and highlighted family traditions being passed down. We recognized a need to preserve these traditions along with family stories, so they are not lost or forgotten.
 
We found ourselves searching for a quality product to preserve families’ stories but came up short. Using our creativity and skills, we decided to create one ourselves. We immediately recognized the need to make it easy, intimate, and approachable. We wanted the experience to be positive for the storyteller and the end product to be of the highest quality and a gift for everyone involved. Karen is a published writer and Carolyn is a graphic artist. We combined those skills to create Tell Me A Story. At Tell Me A Story we create beautiful, personalized storybooks that honor individual experiences and preserve memories for family and friends to cherish forever.
